Course description:
Course begins at Franklin Canyon Rd and Cummings Skyway, proceeds downhill towards Alhambra Valley Road, with a turnaround at Dutra Road. Things start getting fun as you have a gradual rise back towards the start, but wait!, a quick right turn onto McEwen road and a more significant hill awaits. Those teams that make it to the top of the rise together, will be able to turnaround and zoom downhill, make the final right turn onto Franklin Canyon Rd and sprint to the finish on the final rise!

Start Times begin at 8 am and are in order of registration. Teams from the same school will be split up so you are not directly following teammates.

Registration:
Registration opens at 7 am and closes at 7:45 am for all categories.
Entry fee:
Fees are $5 per person. No prizes for collegiate events.
Directions:
From Bay Area: Take I-80 towards Vallejo/ Sacramento. Just prior to the Carquinez Bridge take the exit towards the town of Crockett. Take John Muir Parkway (Hwy 4) to Franklin Canyon Road and look for the registration area.
From Sacramento: Take I-80 towards San Francisco. Just after the Carquinez Bridge take the exit towards the town of Crockett and follow the directions above.

Course description:
The same as at the 2003 National Championships, including the brutal McEwen climb. Course Starts on the Franklin Canyon Road and descends down Cummings Skyway towards the town of Crockett. As you wind through Crockett on Carquinez Scenic Drive, the monster of McEwen awaits you ominously. After the brutal climb, you are almost done as you climb a little more on Franklin Canyon. Laps are 10 miles.

Course description:
Four corner criterium next to Berkeley campus, 0.4 miles. Bancroft, College, Durant, Bowditch. Uphill finish. Start/Finish is on Bancroft.

Directions:
From Sacramento/ San Francisco: Take I-80 to Berkeley. Exit at University Ave. Head two miles and take a right on Shattuck Ave., then a left on Durant. Course is a half mile further. Park on streets. Due to construction at the law school, there will be less street parking on Bancroft just east of the course.
From I-580: Take I-580 towards San Francisco. Merge onto CA-13 N towards Berkeley. Turn right on College Ave. The course is .8 miles further. Park as above.
